I’m Chaz Bruce, a Rochester, New York–based social media creator, entrepreneur, educator, musician, performer, and CEO who has built my career at the intersection of entertainment, education, creativity, and business.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Theatre from Alfred University, and before becoming a full-time content creator, I spent years in education, including teaching music and performing arts to students in Rochester. Teaching has played a major role in who I am and how I communicate. Whether I’m standing in front of a classroom, speaking to a group, creating a video, or connecting with millions of people online, I’ve always believed in the power of creativity to bring people together.

My journey on TikTok began while I was still working as a music teacher. What started with me sharing my personality, music, dancing, humor, and everyday experiences eventually grew into something much larger than I could have imagined. Over time, I built an audience of more than 6 million followers and generated more than 120 million likes on TikTok, allowing me to connect with people around the world.

That success opened doors for me beyond creating videos. I became an early TikTok brand ambassador and expanded my work into social media consulting, marketing, public speaking, video production, content collaborations, and business development. I’ve also had opportunities to work with and around major brands and organizations, including Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and NBC.

But I’ve never wanted my story to be defined only by followers, likes, or viral moments. I’m an educator at heart, an entrepreneur, and someone who understands how powerful it can be when people learn how to use their creativity and their voice. Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with young people, mentored aspiring creatives, supported arts and music education, and helped others better understand social media, personal branding, content creation, and audience development.

I’m proud to be from Rochester and to remain connected to the community that helped shape me. My work and community involvement have led to recognition including a Roc Award High Honor Community Award and being featured among CITY Magazine’s “Rochester 10.”

My journey from the classroom to building an audience of millions has taught me a lot about creativity, consistency, branding, business, education, entertainment, and what it really takes to connect with people. More importantly, it has given me experiences and lessons that go far beyond what you can see in a 30-second video.

That’s one of the reasons I’m excited to be on DEEPDIIG. This is an opportunity for me to share more than content. It’s a place where I can organize and share what I know, what I’ve experienced, what inspires me, what I’m interested in, and the resources that have helped shape my journey.
