At Rainbow Seniors ROC, we celebrate, support, and advocate for LGBTQ+ older adults throughout Greater Rochester. We help people ages 50 and older build meaningful connections, stay active, and access resources that support healthy, fulfilling lives. Through social gatherings, wellness activities, educational programs, caregiver support, and personal outreach, we work to reduce isolation and create a welcoming community where everyone feels valued. We also advocate for greater understanding and inclusion of LGBTQ+ older adults in healthcare and aging services. Our mission is to help every person live vibrantly at every age.
