Rochester Hope is a community-based nonprofit bringing food, essential items, services, and caring support directly to families and individuals in Rochester. At our North Clinton Avenue location, neighbors can access our free grocery-style food pantry, clothing, household items, community meals, and connections to additional services in an environment centered on dignity, hospitality, and respect.

We believe getting help should feel human. Instead of simply handing someone a bag of food and sending them on their way, we create opportunities for neighbors to choose what their families need, share a meal, build relationships, and connect with organizations that can help with other challenges they may be facing. Our goal is to make essential support easier to access while ensuring every person who walks through our doors feels welcomed, valued, and supported.
