We are Grace Community Center, a neighborhood-based organization dedicated to empowering individuals and strengthening families throughout Toledo, Ohio. Since 1969, we have worked to create opportunities for personal growth, education, and community involvement through youth mentoring, academic support, recreational activities, food assistance, community gardening, and family programs. We believe every resident deserves the resources, encouragement, and support needed to build a healthier, more independent, and fulfilling life. Through partnerships, volunteerism, and community engagement, we strive to create a welcoming environment where people of all ages can learn, grow, and thrive.
