About
We are Toledo GROWs, a community-driven organization dedicated to helping people grow healthy food, strengthen neighborhoods, and connect with nature. Through our urban farm, community garden network, educational programs, and volunteer opportunities, we make gardening more accessible to individuals and families throughout Toledo and the surrounding region. We support more than 105 community gardens by providing seeds, seedlings, tools, technical assistance, and hands-on learning opportunities. We also introduce children and adults to sustainable gardening, healthy eating, and environmental responsibility. Our mission is to remove barriers to growing nutritious food while creating greener neighborhoods, stronger relationships, and healthier communities.
