Veterans Outreach Center helps veterans and their families across the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes region find the support they need to build stability and move forward after military service. We provide free, personalized assistance with housing, basic needs, employment, benefits, mental health and wellness, legal resources, transportation, and other challenges veterans may face. Through care management, direct programs, and trusted community partnerships, we help veterans navigate their options, access practical resources, and create a path toward greater independence and well-being.
